Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at KBR. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on our construction or project sites.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and supervise staff and subcontractors to ensure quality standards, timelines, and budget adherence.
- Manage site resources and equipment, ensuring efficient use and safety compliance.
- Address issues and resolve problems that arise on site.
- Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.
- Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7+ years of extensive experience in construction or project management, including supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and proficiency in project management software.
- This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. Must possess an active U.S Government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility required. Willingness to take a polygraph and upgrade clearance as required.
