As a key representative of the SERVPRO brand, the Restoration Team Leader embodies the company’s commitment to customer service. This role involves coordinating, overseeing, and executing work activities on various projects to meet service requirements and ensure a positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute production tasks as planned while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Oversee customer interactions and satisfaction, monitoring feedback through online reviews.
- Clearly communicate expectations to restoration staff and supervise their work.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of job files to support services rendered.
- Manage labor and material usage on assigned projects.
- Collaborate with the restoration project manager and office personnel regarding project status and challenges.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Safeguard and utilize equipment and materials responsibly.
- Provide coaching and training to restoration staff.
Position Requirements:
- Valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
- IICRC certification is a plus but not mandatory.
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies:
- Ability to regularly lift at least 50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Capability to climb ladders, work at heights, and navigate confined spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
- Proficient in repetitively pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying objects.
- Ability to work with and around cleaning agents.
