Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Repossession team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining vendor relationships, processing assignments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of vendor relationships and assignments
  • Process and follow up on assignments, including fee authorizations and invoice approvals
  • Communicate with holding facilities and repossession agents to ensure timely and efficient processing
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to vendors and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business or related field a plus
  • Proven experience in order entry or a similar administrative role, preferably within the automotive or repossession industry
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and interpret state-specific laws on third-party liens for storage and repairs
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work according to deadlines, client, and company expectations in a fast-paced environment
