As a key member of our quality department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality systems, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers and inspectors to ensure effective quality planning and execution.
- Develop and maintain quality management systems, including process flows, control plans, and corrective action procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and lean manufacturing principles.
- Manage and improve supplier quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and track key quality-related performance indicators (KPIs), including first pass yield and scrap rates.
- 8+ years of experience in quality engineering or a related field, with a strong background in semiconductor capital equipment.
- Strong customer presence and ability to build positive relationships with customers.
- Proven track record of developing skills in team members to create a high-performance group.
- Demonstrated ability to balance short-term and long-term objectives.
- Experience with quality tools, including process flowcharts, FMEA's, control plans, CAPA, RCCA, and 8D.
- Experience working in an ISO 9001 certified environment, with AS9100 a plus.
