Crescent Services is seeking a skilled Nail Technician to provide exceptional nail, hand, and foot treatments to our clients. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional nail, hand, and foot treatments in accordance with spa protocols and industry standards.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and sterilization procedures.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our services and products, and effectively communicate this to clients.
  • Support the needs of the spa, being flexible with scheduling and adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
  • Actively promote our spa services, treatments, and products to clients and colleagues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and staff meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Knowledge of nail care and spa protocols.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
