Key Responsibilities

Core Duties:

  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments effectively.
  • Evaluate and modify resident care plans as necessary.
  • Oversee and guide resident care activities within your assigned unit.
  • Provide direct supervision to LPNs, TMAs, and CNAs during your shift.
  • Ensure timely completion of all required assessments and documentation.
Required Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid nursing license in good standing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with others and resolve conflicts positively.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
