Key ResponsibilitiesCore Duties:
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments effectively.
- Evaluate and modify resident care plans as necessary.
- Oversee and guide resident care activities within your assigned unit.
- Provide direct supervision to LPNs, TMAs, and CNAs during your shift.
- Ensure timely completion of all required assessments and documentation.
Essential Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse degree from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid nursing license in good standing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with others and resolve conflicts positively.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
