Sign-On Bonus: $30,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Administers prescribed medications and treatments effectively.
- Evaluates and adjusts resident care plans as necessary.
- Directs and supervises resident-related care and activities within the assigned unit.
- Provides direct oversight of LPNs, TMAs, and CNAs during scheduled shifts.
- Completes all required assessments and documentation promptly.
Qualifications Required:
- Registered Nurse degree from an accredited institution.
- Active nursing license in good standing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to engage with others and resolve conflicts positively.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
