We are currently seeking a High Voltage Substation Engineering Specialist to join our Energy Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented engineer to contribute to the delivery of high-voltage substation designs for our projects.
The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in high-voltage substation design and will be responsible for working under the guidance of a Supervising Engineer to prepare substation plans, profiles, and detail installation drawings. They will also be responsible for providing input into project execution and close-out, as well as delivering accurate and thorough designs that meet industry standards and specifications.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, including client relations, project team communications, and proposal development. They will also be comfortable working within a multi-discipline design team and have a proven track record of upholding workplace safety and adhering to WSP's health, safety, and drug/alcohol policies.
