Job Title: Veterinary Technician Manager

At ACCESS South Bay, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Technician Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hospital staff, you will be responsible for leading and managing our veterinary technicians to ensure exceptional patient care and outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of veterinary technicians to ensure high-quality patient care and exceptional service to clients.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of veterinary technicians.
  • Manage staff scheduling, performance, and review to ensure optimal coverage and minimize overtime.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of equipment, including Cubex machines, to ensure proper functionality.
  • Collaborate with the Hospital Administrator to ensure consistent practices and quality control throughout the hospital.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for technical questions, comments, and concerns from staff and clients.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of lead or supervisory experience in a veterinary hospital.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
