Pharmacist Position

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Retail Pharmacist to join our team in Tuckahoe, NY. This role involves delivering top-notch pharmaceutical services in a low-volume setting, managing around 30-50 prescriptions daily. You will be collaborating with one pharmacy technician to ensure efficient pharmacy operations and high-quality patient care.

• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards related to drug evaluation, selection, procurement, and distribution.
• Offer professional consultation and counseling to patients.
• Accurately interpret and process physician medication orders.
• Oversee and assist pharmacy technicians during your shift.
• Carry out routine retail pharmacy tasks, including opening and closing the pharmacy.

• Valid and active Pharmacist license in New York State.
• Familiarity with Rx30 software is a plus but not mandatory.

• Engage in a supportive and team-oriented work environment.
• Handle a manageable prescription volume with a focus on high-quality care.
