LPN - Medical Office Professional

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our medical office team at Adams Memorial Hospital. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering injections and medications, dressing wounds and incisions, and interpreting physician instructions.
- Assist with examinations, emergency and minor surgery, and perform related tasks as directed.
- Receive and triage incoming calls requiring a nurse assessment and intervention.
- Maintain accurate records of vital statistics and other pertinent patient information.
- Sterilize instruments and equipment, and maintain stock of supplies.
- Conduct specified laboratory tests, record and develop electrocardiograms, and perform secretarial duties as needed.
- Valid LPN license in the State of Indiana.
- BLS/CPR certification.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays.
