Maintenance Specialist

Pro Resources is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team in Berne, Indiana. This is a 2nd Shift position with a competitive salary range of $52,000 - $62,400 per year.

The ideal candidate will have three years of maintenance experience in both electrical and mechanical areas, with excellent trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills. They will also possess excellent verbal communication skills and be proactive, team-oriented, and detail-focused.

Responsibilities include installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment, as well as evaluating and recommending equipment improvements to enhance efficiency and capability.
