Role Overview
As an Investment Analyst Intern, you will gain comprehensive training and insight into the private equity sector, particularly focusing on middle-market buyout funds. Your responsibilities will include evaluating and underwriting private equity fund commitments and co-investment opportunities, as well as assessing select continuation vehicle investments.

Training and Development
Interns will have access to a variety of resources, including a self-study platform for financial modeling, to enhance their learning experience during the internship.

Key Responsibilities
The Investment Analyst Intern will:

  • Investment Evaluation: Analyze potential investment opportunities by reviewing confidential investment documents, financial models, and due diligence reports.
  • Committee Support: Assist in preparing materials for investment committee meetings.
  • Portfolio Monitoring: Help monitor select portfolio investments by reviewing financial reports and other relevant data to support ongoing valuation analysis.
  • Data Management: Contribute to the collection and organization of data within internal reporting systems.
  • Reporting Assistance: Support the preparation and distribution of reports for stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Projects: Engage in various projects across the organization as needed.

Qualifications
We are looking for current undergraduate students pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Ideal candidates will possess:
