We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Lead Auditor to join our team at Raise. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading, training, and directing the inventory and procurement team to meet operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and train the inventory and procurement team to ensure daily inventory cycle counts are completed.
  • Conduct high-level audits to minimize inventory shrinkage and costs.
  • Enforce operational and personnel policies and procedures.
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained to fulfill daily sales needs.
  • Work closely with sales teams to meet operational needs.
  • Build strong relationships with product suppliers.
  • Oversee and assist in procurement of inventory based on forecasts.
  • Direct re-work teams to recoup damaged inventories.
  • Maintain a safe and hazard-free environment in the warehouse.
  • Provide regular reports to management on operational standings.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of warehouse experience.
  • 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience.
  • 3-5 years of inventory management experience.
