Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Echocardiography Specialist to join our team at ProHealth Care. As an Echocardiography Specialist, you will be responsible for completing non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic tests according to established standards and practices. You will use your cognitive sonographic skills to identify, record, and adapt procedures as appropriate to anatomical, pathological, and diagnostic information and images.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sonograms and synthesize sonographic information and medical history from both patient and provider to communicate findings to the appropriate physician.
• Use independent judgment during sonographic exams to accurately differentiate between normal and pathologic findings.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and ensure high-quality diagnostic results.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of a formal Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program or Cardiovascular Technology Program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP).
• Registry (RDCS or RCS) eligible and achieved within six months of training completion. Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonography License preferred. ACLS certification preferred.
