We are looking for a skilled and empathetic individual to provide comprehensive care and individualized support services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in direct support, caregiving, or a related field and be willing to go above and beyond in supporting clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support services to clients with various healthcare needs, including personal care, behavioral support, recreational, and employment services.
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to maximize clients' independence, empowerment, and quality of life.
  • Provide transportation to and from activities and administer medications as prescribed.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with program policies and protocols and follow all program rules and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless support services and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • 6 months of direct support, caregiving, or related experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid NJ Driver's license required.
  • DDD Training required.
  • Must be 18 years of age and able to travel up to 30 miles for work.
  • Weekend availability required.
