Job Summary

Nystrom & Associates, Ltd. is a team of mental health professionals dedicated to providing high-quality care to individuals in our community. We are seeking a Full-Time Adult Day Treatment Group Therapist to join our team at our New Brighton, MN clinic.

Job Duties
  • Facilitate ADT groups, including crisis management services as needed
  • Complete Progress Notes for each client attending ADT sessions under supervision
  • Develop Individual Treatment Plans under supervision
  • Complete Functional Assessments under supervision
  • Complete LOCUS under supervision
  • Develop Discharge Plans with clients under supervision
  • Provide oversight to clients during breaks as needed
  • Contact clients who no-show for group
  • Consult with ADT Supervisor on situations outside competency area
  • Attend clinical staff meetings
  • Consult and/or update outside providers regarding client status or progress
  • Work in collaboration with other Adjunct Facilitators
  • Complete all paperwork in a timely fashion
  • Complete referrals to other NAL programs and care coordination
  • Update MN Mental Health Access Website on a weekly basis
Group Schedule

We are open to either morning or evening groups. See below times:

  • Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Monday - Friday 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

20 hours a week spent running groups.
