Quality Control Specialist

Challenger Sports is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of our printed products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify orders for printing mistakes and ensure garments match paperwork.
  • Inspect prints for straight and correct ink coverage, and check for stray marks or pin-holes.
  • Communicate with printers to confirm print jobs and resolve any issues.
Expected Outcomes:
  • Ability to comprehend paperwork accurately.
  • Orders printed 100% accurately and free of spiffs.
  • No orders mis-printed or mixed with another order.
Measuring Performance:
  • Number of spiffs fixed or missed on all garments.
  • Jerseys that are misprinted but not caught.
  • Ability to inspect for multiple printers at once.

Compensation: $11/hour

Challenger Sports is the nation's leading provider of soccer camps and clinics, and we're looking to expand our nationwide Soccer Academy and Tiny Tykes programs. Our Tiny Tykes program is a FUNdamental introduction to the game of soccer for players aged 2-6, while our Soccer Academy offers professional year-round coaching to recreation and/or competitive players and teams.
