Human Resources Coordinator

Ahold Delhaize USA, a leading food retailer, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support the HR Function. As a key member of the team, you will coordinate and implement meetings, events, and programs that drive business results and enhance the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate HR projects, including meetings, training, and surveys, and take minutes to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the collective HR Team.
- Support HR leadership in organizing meeting agendas, invitations, notes, and materials for meetings.
- Assist with daily operations of the HR functions and duties, including budget tracking and invoicing.
- Identify cost savings opportunities and recommend plans to internal customers.
- Coordinate the payment of invoices and contracts in partnership with HR Leadership.
- Develop and maintain a yearly calendar of events for training, communication, and other engagement activities.
- Oversee ordering of supplies for the HR team.
- Associates degree required, Bachelor's preferred.
- 2-4 years' experience in HR or a related field.
- Advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused and able to handle multiple concurrent projects/tasks from multiple department leaders.
