Cecilia, a well-regarded breakfast establishment, is expanding its offerings to include dinner service. We are in search of skilled, personable, and knowledgeable bartenders to enhance our esteemed hospitality team.

NW Hospitality is celebrated for its unique restaurant concept, Amaro's Table, which has been recognized for the best cocktails in Clark County for three consecutive years. We are eager to replicate this high standard and quality at Cecilia during evening hours, featuring Northwest-inspired cuisine crafted from fresh, local ingredients. Our bar program will focus heavily on wine, alongside a robust cocktail selection that our community has come to appreciate.

• Craft and serve drinks that meet Amaro's Table standards, ensuring accuracy and aesthetic appeal.
• Develop cost-effective draft cocktails and daily specials using available stock.
• Design drink menus and inform patrons about new offerings and specials.
• Maintain expert knowledge of current wine, beer, and spirits selections, with a focus on amari.
• Provide drink recommendations based on guests' preferences and our extensive backbar.
• Build rapport with regular patrons, delivering thoughtful and engaging service.
• Adhere to all service protocols as outlined in the Server Guidelines, upholding the highest standards.
• Verify customer identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
• Accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen using the POS system.
• Ensure proper ticketing for drinks before preparation, maintaining accuracy in billing.
• Familiarize yourself with all ingredients and preparation methods for cocktails on the menu.
• Efficiently deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests.
• Monitor patrons' levels of intoxication to prevent over-service, discreetly cutting off service when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area and storage.
• Report any inventory issues, equipment malfunctions, or maintenance needs to management.
• Restock and organize bar supplies, ensuring cleanliness and order in storage areas.
• Complete additional tasks as directed by management in a timely manner.
