Cecilia, a well-regarded breakfast venue, is expanding its offerings to include dinner service. We are in search of skilled, personable, and knowledgeable bartenders to enhance our esteemed hospitality team.
At NW Hospitality, we pride ourselves on our unique dining concepts, including Amaro's Table, which has been recognized for its exceptional cocktails in Clark County for three consecutive years. We aim to replicate this high standard at Cecilia during evening hours, featuring Northwest-inspired dishes crafted from fresh, local ingredients. Our bar program will emphasize an impressive selection of wines, alongside a cocktail menu that our community has come to cherish.

Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve beverages that meet Amaro's Table standards, ensuring accuracy and visual appeal.
- Develop cost-effective drink specials and cocktails utilizing available stock.
- Curate drink menus and inform guests about new offerings and specials.
- Maintain an expert-level understanding of our wine, beer, and spirits selection, particularly focusing on amari and seasonal items.
- Provide drink recommendations based on guests' preferences, prioritizing classic cocktails and amari.
- Foster relationships with regular patrons, delivering personalized and engaging service.
- Adhere to all service protocols and uphold the highest standards of quality.
- Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations.
- Accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen using the POS system.
- Ensure all drinks are properly entered into the system before preparation, with appropriate up-charges applied.
- Be knowledgeable about all ingredients, preparation methods, and portion sizes for cocktails on the menu.
- Efficiently deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests.
- Monitor patrons' levels of intoxication to prevent over-service, discreetly cutting off service when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of comped or spilled drinks in the logbook for management review.
- Clear and reset tables in the bar area, ensuring a clean and attractive workspace.
- Report any issues regarding inventory, equipment, or maintenance to the restaurant manager.
- Restock and organize bar supplies, keeping storage areas clean and orderly.
- Complete additional tasks as directed by management in a timely manner.
