Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to support our store division in the South Atlantic and Midwest regions. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to lead full life-cycle recruitment, employee relations, training, and development initiatives. Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Recruiting and Hiring: Lead full life-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles, proactively identify talent gaps, and provide creative recruiting solutions.
  • Employee Relations and Training: Conduct stay and exit interviews, interpret human resources policy and procedures, and respond to employee queries.
  • Talent Planning and Development: Work with the Director of Human Resources to plan for human capital needs, develop learning initiatives, and facilitate on-boarding processes.
