This role requires no prior dialysis experience, making it an excellent opportunity for nurses looking to transition into this field. Training will take place in a facility or training center, and you may have the chance to float to various locations during and after your training.

As a successful candidate, you will have a flexible schedule, working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will be part of a supportive team that relies on each other in a positive environment, delivering care to patients with multiple co-morbidities requiring unique treatment plans.

You will oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs, conducting patient observations, measuring stats, and setting up machines. You will also have the opportunity to specialize in multiple renal therapies, including Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), and Apheresis.

To succeed in this role, you will need a current RN license in the state of practice, an Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing, and at least one year of nursing experience in a relevant setting. Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is highly valued.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $95,000 per year
