Key Responsibilities

  • Process incoming orders throughout the day by scanning them in
  • Assist delivery drivers with loading parts for distribution
  • Organize and store fluid and tire orders as they arrive
  • Maintain cleanliness of shelves and floors
  • Efficiently manage time in a dynamic work environment
  • Support the special order system, both pre-paid and not pre-paid
  • Track and manage special order parts
  • Conduct cycle counts and oversee inventory management
  • Assist management with processing body shop returns
  • Handle Honda returns for shipping
  • Manage core returns effectively
  • Utilize the Honda catalog for parts lookup
  • Employ CDK as our dealership management system
  • Familiarize oneself with all systems and platforms used
  • Act as a delivery driver when necessary
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Experience in the automotive field is preferred
  • Outstanding time management abilities
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Flexibility in daily routines
  • Knowledge of automotive technology and terminology
  • Experience with CDK is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Parts Trader is a plus
  • OEC experience is beneficial
  • CCC experience is a plus
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Valid driver's license is necessary
  • Reliable transportation to work is essential
  • Physical ability to bend, twist, and stand for extended periods
  • Capability to lift up to 75 lbs and load into delivery vehicles
  • Willingness to adapt and grow with industry changes
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
