Mortgage Loan Processor

At First Financial Bancorp, we're seeking a skilled Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team. As a key member of our loan operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing of mortgage loans. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines will be essential in maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

• Create and deliver loan disclosures to customers in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Order and review documents needed for a complete loan package, including credit reports, flood determinations, appraisals, and title work.
• Verify that loan files are complete, accurate, and compliant with federal and state laws, as well as bank policies.
• Perform complex administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Adapt to changing work environments, manage competing demands, and handle frequent changes with ease.

• High school graduate or equivalent certification with 18 months of administrative experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, may substitute for experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to discuss complex loan scenarios.
• Ability to work under deadlines, with great attention to detail.
• Proactive and independent, with ability to take initiative.
• Excellent time management skills, with proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to think critically and find alternative solutions.
• Proficient with loan processing software or other lending systems.
