Senior Field Service Technician

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Field Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise at our service locations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and assistance to internal and external customers
- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues, including high-voltage systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service-related issues
- Conduct road tests to ensure quality of repairs
- Perform administrative tasks, including parts ordering and inventory management
- Stay up-to-date with technical skills and required training
- Support campaigns and containment initiatives
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians
- High school diploma or equivalent required; automotive repair school or equivalent vocation program preferred
- 10+ years of experience in high-voltage diagnostic work; 3+ years of experience as a shop foreman, team lead, or trainer preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to root-cause problems and find solutions
- Experience with test tools, including PICO-Scope, PCAN, and KavaserMemorator
- Ability to drive non-commercial truck and trailer; valid driver's license required
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
