Key Responsibilities- Project Execution: Plan, implement, and finalize projects that align with customer expectations and corporate goals.
- Project Planning: Lead the planning phase, which encompasses defining project scope, objectives, technical feasibility, budgeting, and scheduling.
- On-Site Management: Oversee activities during project go-lives and implementations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Resource Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless project execution.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain thorough project documentation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update all stakeholders on project progress, addressing any challenges that may arise and making necessary adjustments.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain relationships with clients and all stakeholders, including third-party vendors.
- Risk Management: Implement strategies to minimize project risks.
- Resource Allocation: Ensure the availability and proper allocation of resources.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management, particularly in hospital facility infrastructure projects, including networking, wireless systems, and IDF closets.
- Demonstrated experience in managing nurse call or telemetry project implementations.
- Strong background in handling complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- PMP certification is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel for on-site visits and project implementations as necessary.
