  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update all stakeholders on project progress, addressing any challenges that may arise and making necessary adjustments.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain relationships with clients and all stakeholders, including third-party vendors.
  • Risk Management: Implement strategies to minimize project risks.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure the availability and proper allocation of resources.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management, particularly in hospital facility infrastructure projects, including networking, wireless systems, and IDF closets.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing nurse call or telemetry project implementations.
  • Strong background in handling complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • PMP certification is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site visits and project implementations as necessary.
