Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage operational tasks within a fulfillment center, including the operation of high-volume printing machinery to produce significant print runs on calibrated equipment.
  • Perform essential copying functions, handle shipping and receiving of products and supplies, and sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
  • Conduct maintenance and repair on customer site equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Engage in various support activities such as bindery, quality control, final checks, housekeeping, file services, and reception duties.
  • Assist with building support tasks, including setting up meeting spaces and performing light maintenance duties.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in high-end mail sorting and records management, particularly in printing and insertion.
  • Physical capability to walk, bend, twist, and lift items weighing up to 20 pounds.
  • Basic computer skills are required; training will be provided for specific programs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Adherence to a business casual dress code.
