Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team of clinical professionals. As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Neogen Care, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of patients, creating individualized treatment plans to address their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve communication skills and address related disorders.
  • Conduct screenings to detect voice or speech disorders, and provide education to patients and family members on speech disorders and their causes.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Strong understanding of speech-related conditions, causes, and treatments.
  • Excellent coaching and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and electronic medical records.
  • Reliable transportation and auto insurance.
  • CPR certification.
