Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing team on weekends. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for supervising nursing services during your shift, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

About the Role:

This is a part-time position, requiring flexibility and a commitment to delivering quality patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and directing nursing staff during your shift
  • Assisting the Director of Nursing in coordinating and supervising nursing services
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and Facility policies
  • Providing guidance and support to nurses during acute episodes
  • Addressing employee concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Assuming on-call responsibilities as needed
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A valid RN license from North Carolina Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
  • The ability to provide quality patient care, follow doctor orders, and demonstrate a genuine interest in geriatric nursing
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in long-term care, preferably
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive benefits such as opportunities for professional growth and development, flexible scheduling, and a collaborative work environment.
