We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to join our team at CBQ, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Asset Management: Establish and maintain accurate asset records, including preventative maintenance schedules and work order elements.
  • Work Order Management: Create and update work orders, ensuring adequate preventative maintenance and materials are available.
  • Scheduling: Develop and present work plans to the maintenance, production, and scheduling teams for review and feedback.
  • Reporting: Generate and provide Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports to the maintenance manager.
  • Inventory Management: Validate materials availability and work with purchasing to acquire required materials.
  • Workforce Scheduling: Develop a preliminary workforce schedule, ensuring all skills required and resources are met.
  • Communication: Collaborate with safety, production, scheduling, and maintenance departments on specific concerns.
  • Documentation: Ensure accurate documentation of all planned work, including a list of all parts used.
  • Metrics Tracking: Accurately track metrics on the performance of planning and scheduling functions.
Requirements
  • Education: Technical associate degree or prior CMMS administration experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years maintenance experience or 2+ years of experience in a maintenance planner/scheduler position.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of maintenance processes, effective use of work order systems, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
