  • Guest Service: Greet guests and team members in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance and guidance as needed.
  • Knowledge and Awareness: Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming promotions and events at Odawa Casino Resort, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain all cleaning equipment, including floor and carpet cleaning equipment, in accordance with safety guidelines and policies.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work effectively with team members and management to achieve departmental goals and objectives, maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  • Confidentiality and Integrity: Uphold the highest level of confidentiality and integrity, adhering to regulatory, safety, and organizational policies.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, stoop, extend arms overhead, push and/or pull equipment weighing up to sixty (60) pounds, and carry weight up to twenty-five (25) pounds or more.
  • Chemical Handling: Ability to work with a variety of cleaning chemicals, reading and understanding warning labels and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both internal and external guests.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work independently on a team with minimal supervision, with flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, special events, and other shifts as needed.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ability to obtain a gaming license in accordance with the regulations established by the LTBB Gaming Regulatory Commission, and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
