Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment, including extrusion presses, CNC machines, and welding machines.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Quality Control: Inspect equipment and facilities to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other maintenance technicians, supervisors, and plant management to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or related environment preferred.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations, ability to read hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical prints, and experience with PLC troubleshooting.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for long periods of time.
