Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Administrator to join our team at Elmington Construction. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our directors and project teams.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for setting up and managing the contract process, tracking subcontractor change order status, administering Certified Payroll processes, and obtaining and tracking certificates of insurance for all subcontractors and suppliers.

As a Project Administrator, you will contribute to the success of our company by providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to directors and project teams
  • Set up and manage the contract process
  • Track subcontractor change order status
  • Administer Certified Payroll processes
  • Obtain and track certificates of insurance for all subcontractors and suppliers

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years prior experience in an administration or project assistant role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player
  • Proactive
  • Organized, detail oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft products
  • Business acumen
  • Ethical conduct

Salary Information:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Additional Requirements:
