We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Supervisor to join our team at Turner Construction. Key Responsibilities- Lead and direct the work of subcontractors, vendors, and Turner trade employees to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement project schedules, resource allocation plans, and quality control measures to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and contractors, to resolve issues and ensure project alignment.
- Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with Turner's safety policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to project progress, safety, and quality.
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in construction management or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing construction projects.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in construction software and technology.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- OSHA 30-hour certification and valid driver's license.
