Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join our team at Rose Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in the emergency department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with a wide range of medical conditions.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current Registered Nurse license in the State of Colorado or current RN compact license from another state.
  • Current BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required; ENPC and NRP certifications preferred.
  • 1-2 years of acute care/specialty nursing experience desired.
