Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing patients' conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating the effectiveness of care.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
  • Administer medications, perform medical procedures, and provide education to patients and their families.
  • Document patient information, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the United States
  • 1-2 years of recent acute care experience, preferably in an emergency department setting
  • ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
