Job Title: Bilingual Inbound Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

MCI is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inbound calls, and resolving customer disputes in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and provide customer service to clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer disputes and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Process payments and accurately document customer information.
  • Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system.
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues.
  • Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.
  • Customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious).
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage.
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, back-office, chat, or administrative support in a contact center environment.
  • State or Federal work experience.
