  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience for every customer.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including current sales and promotions, to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a collaborative approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
  • Participate in visual directives, including floor sets, window changes, and visual presentations, to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Assist with replenishment activities, locate fulfillment, and other operational tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Constant walking and standing (up to 8 hours per shift).
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds (1-33% of 8-hour shift).
  • Frequent climbing (34-66% of 8-hour shift).
