Join Our Team at The Henry

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at The Henry, a premier restaurant in Nashville, TN. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving cocktails, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine to guests
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, shelves, and equipment
  • Operate a Point of Sale system and process transactions accurately
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond to on-the-fly requests
  • Follow all local alcoholic beverage laws, company policies, and procedures
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of recent, high-volume bartending experience
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Knowledge of classic cocktail recipes and basic cocktail construction
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
