Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team at The Henry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality to our guests, creating memorable experiences, and ensuring a seamless service.

Responsibilities
  • Must have 2+ years of recent, high-volume bartending experience
  • Bourbon knowledge a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to stand for long periods, and lift up to 25 pounds
  • General knowledge of classic cocktail recipes, basic cocktail construction, and bartender fundamentals
  • Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest
  • Full comprehension of our menu and ability to make genuine recommendations
  • Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, including basic cocktail recipes
  • Keep it clean, with a focus on cleanliness and organization
  • Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
  • Experience and proficiency using Point of Sale Systems
  • Follow all local alcoholic beverage laws, company policies, and procedures
  • Availability to work weekends and some holidays
  • Ability to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
