Job Summary

Advocate Aurora Health is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including monitoring and recording devices, to ensure accurate and reliable data collection.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and support during procedures.
  • Assist in pre and post-procedure activities, including equipment preparation and patient positioning, to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Document patient data and procedure details accurately and efficiently to support quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Cardiovascular Technology or a related field.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull with 30 pounds of force.
