Salary and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary package in excess of $200,000 with uncapped earning potential. This includes a guaranteed base pay, sign on bonus, student loan repayment assistance, no lab fees, and participation in our 401(k) retirement plan. Additionally, we provide company-paid malpractice insurance coverage, paid holidays, and time off, as well as reimbursements for continuing education and associated licenses, certifications, and professional dues.

Job Description

This position involves providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, primarily focusing on children and adolescents. As an Associate Dentist at Pippin Dental & Braces, you will join a compassionate team committed to creating healthy smiles and memorable experiences. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a positive office culture, collaborating with a skilled team, and utilizing advanced dental technology to enhance patient care.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a DDS/DMD degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation, a current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure, and other certifications such as CPR and DEA. You should also possess compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
