Position Overview:
Compensation: $35-$43/hour (based on experience)
Shift: Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine and emergency maintenance on production and facility machinery to guarantee uninterrupted operations.
  • Realign pumps and motors, and replace mechanical seals in centrifugal pumps.
  • Install, repair, and thread piping systems, adhering to proper torque specifications for various materials.
  • Perform electrical tasks, including unwiring, rewiring, and installing conduits for electric motors.
  • Execute facility maintenance tasks such as drywall repair, carpentry, plumbing, and low-voltage electrical work.
  • Utilize plant HMI systems for data collection and troubleshooting, ensuring precise diagnostics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and implement process improvement projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Conduct oil changes, leak detection, and repairs on gearboxes, ANSI chains, AOD pumps, and other mechanical components.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, particularly with rotating equipment.
  • Strong proficiency in 240V-480V industrial electrical installations is highly preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing, piping, basic electrical systems, carpentry, and industrial maintenance.
  • Experience with machining and/or fabrication is advantageous.
  • Ability to work safely at heights, in varying weather conditions, and with different powered industrial vehicles.
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Excel, Word, email communication, and internet research.
  • Strong safety awareness and compliance with all safety regulations.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work extended hours, including nights and weekends, as required.
