About the Role

As an Outpatient Physical Therapist at Kaiser Permanente, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care services to individuals with various physical therapy needs.   • Evaluate patients and interpret evaluation findings to determine the nature and extent of dysfunction.

  • Provide direct patient care services, including physical therapy treatments and education.

Requirements

To be successful as an Outpatient Physical Therapist at Kaiser Permanente, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy curriculum with a bachelors or masters or doctoral degree with certification in physical therapy or foreign-trained equivalent by date of hire.
  • Physical Therapist License (California) and National Provider Identifier required.
