Job Overview

As a Rehabilitation Therapist with Kaiser Permanente, you will be responsible for the physical therapy management of patients under the direction and supervision of the Rehabilitation Services Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and interpret evaluation findings to determine the nature and extent of dysfunction.
  • Establish treatment goals and plans treatment to achieve established goals.
  • Initiate discharge planning from physical therapy and implement the treatment program through direct treatment of the patient.
  • Regularly assess clinical signs and symptoms to determine effectiveness of treatment, progress of patient towards goals, and the need for modifying goals and treatment.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in physical therapy, certification in physical therapy or foreign-trained equivalent, and a current Physical Therapist License (California).

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
