Role Overview: The Change Management team at NexTech Solutions plays a crucial role in facilitating transitions across multiple technologies, including collaboration platforms, event management systems, CRM solutions, financial tools, business intelligence, and infrastructure enhancements. The ideal candidate will possess extensive IT experience and a track record of successfully executing change management strategies for the adoption of new or updated technologies and processes. This role requires the ability to foster enthusiasm and reduce resistance during pre-implementation phases, design effective training and change strategies, and uphold best practices during the monitoring phase post-implementation.

Essential Functions:
  • Develop a comprehensive plan for technology integration, ensuring collaboration between business stakeholders and IT teams.
  • Thoroughly analyze and optimize business and technology processes.
  • Assess and measure change effectiveness against defined objectives throughout all project stages.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with documentation tools to create well-structured knowledge base articles and technical documentation (samples required).
  • Utilize various communication channels tailored to different audience sizes and technical expertise (samples required).
  • Design training programs for both self-service and instructor-led learning utilizing digital authoring tools (e.g., DAS, Articulate Rise, video) (samples required).
  • Experience in an agile work environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion/Cloud Change is advantageous but not essential.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Office) is a plus.
