  • Clear and reset tables promptly.

  • Monitor guest behavior when consuming alcohol, and if necessary, suggest alternative transportation options.
  • Strive for complete guest satisfaction and aim to exceed expectations.
  • Report to work in a clean and professional uniform, with a focus on personal grooming and hygiene.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
  • Capable of reaching, carrying, lifting, bending, stooping, and wiping continuously.
  • Ability to pull and push weights up to 50 pounds.
  • Be aware of common hazards such as burns, falls, slips, trips, and cuts.
  • Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, including frequent handwashing.
  • Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficient in suggestive selling techniques for food and beverage items.
  • Basic math skills with the ability to make accurate change.
  • Ability to read and write effectively.
  • Competence in using computer systems.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with workplace safety protocols.
  • Possession of necessary licenses, certifications, or registrations as required by state regulations.
  • Compliance with state health and alcohol service requirements.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a serving role.

Availability: Must be available for a minimum of 3 shifts, including holidays.
