Job Title: Breakfast Server

We are seeking a dynamic and service-minded ambassador to join our team at Sofitel - Philadelphia. As a Breakfast Server, you will be responsible for welcoming guests in our Breakfast restaurant Chez Colette, explaining the menu, taking food and beverage orders, and serving food and beverages. You will perform duties according to Sofitel and AAA 4-Diamond standards, maintaining current knowledge of all menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation method, and presentation. You will train as a server for Chez Colette and Liberte.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming guests and explaining the menu
  • Taking food and beverage orders and serving food and beverages
  • Maintaining current knowledge of all menu offerings
  • Training as a server for Chez Colette and Liberte

Requirements:
  • A positive, can-do attitude and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Thorough understanding of the food and beverage menus, preparations, and ingredients
  • Skilled in communicating with guests and colleagues with a polished appearance and poised demeanor
  • Ability to naturally engage with guests and show empathy
