Position Details
We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Representatives or "Project Coordinators" to connect with potential clients who have shown interest in our custom homes, barns, and other structures. The ideal candidate will focus on securing high-value contracts in a competitive yet supportive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Promptly reach out to leads requesting information and develop a robust sales pipeline.
- Surpass individual targets in revenue generation, new contracts signed, contacts established, and proposals delivered.
- Maintain and update all lead interactions and details in our customer relationship management system.
- Collaborate with the Design/Drafting team, Purchasing/Procurement, Finance, HR, Project Managers, and company leadership.
- Engage with clients on significant deals, including conflict resolution and follow-up.
- Communicate effectively and consistently with team members across various locations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in a sales or customer service role.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, preferably through phone interactions.
- Proficient in MS Office and common office applications; familiarity with HubSpot and other CRM platforms is a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction is preferred.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to articulate complex structural details.
- Capable of overcoming objections, managing rejection, and maintaining a positive outlook.
- Adept at managing a portfolio of existing clients and conducting regular follow-ups with leads.
- A degree in business, construction, or interior design is a plus.
